30 children (returning back from school) died when the bus fell into the river in Muzaffar Abad.

There were 35 students and teacher in the van. 5 of them including van driver and a teacher were saved and rest died.

A very common and repetitive incident in Pakistan but nothing has improved on this front for decades now.
